Comments: My aunt 55 had a loss of oxygen during cardiac arrest 5 mos ago. She is improving mentally, but physically not showing improvement needed for access to best therapists, she is in rapid recovery nursing home, about to be released unable to do anything for herself and being medically stable. Any help in regards to getting access to benefits is appreciated.
